Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

My client is a well established and great company to work for based in Watford Town Centre. As part of their expansion they are looking for an office based Internal Sales Executive to take inbound enquiries from potential clients and converting them into a sale.

The responsibilities will include:-

• Taking inbound enquiries for the company services
• Understanding the clients needs and providing details and prices for the relevant services required
• Outbound Calling to follow up enquiries made through the website
• Building rapport with potential customers
• Closing sale and liaising with internal and external departments and placing the order with the relevant people
• Following up with prospects you have spoken to and quoted previously

This is an office based Internal Sales Advisor role and we are looking for people who have worked in a similar environment, who have the ability build rapport with customers. Must have a clear and concise telephone manner, be IT literate and the ability to use in house databases and fast and accurate keyboard skills to log customer information and quotations.

These roles are part of their expansion and the company have a very low turnover in staff.

The role attracts a basic salary of £26,400 – £30,000with an OTE of £29-31k
