Due to continual Grow our client is now looking to add an established Interior Designer to their team
Brief outline:
Produce floor plans, electrical and lighting services plan and interior design for marketing suites and commercial areas for our clients
Produce mood boards (both electronically and physically)
To specify furniture and fixtures
To produce preliminary quotes for the PM to use
To liaise with suppliers and clients
To visit site prior to designing the scheme (when possible)
To visit site during final install to instruct on finishing touches
To produce CAD Drawings
To produce 2D and 3D Visuals
To keep up to date on trends and technologies by visiting pertinent Shows and Exhibitions

Skills/Knowledge and Personal qualities:
Creativity and imagination
An eye for design, including colour, and good 3D awareness
Ability to visualise concepts and explain them to others
Good drawing and IT skills
An interest in changing trends in design
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence with figures
Self-discipline
