Interim HR Project Manager

Salary: £72,000 per year

Interim HR Project Manager / Luton area / up to £60k / Minimum 12 month FTC/ Full time – Hybrid working

The HR Project Manager will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR/People project activity associated with the recent business changes.

– Build the project plans for each of the different work streams ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
– Establishing people projects for success, tracking timelines, dependencies, issues and risks to deliver on time, ensuring goals are identified and agreed upon for the project and KPI’s.
– Working alongside key stakeholders across all areas of the function to ensure seamless implementation of projects.
– Manage project contributors across all areas of the business to ensure an adequate understanding of ownership.
– Managing a team of two.

We are looking for:

– Strong HR Generalist background with experience managing People Projects/ Initiatives.
– Experience of communication project plans around change initiatives.
– Strong and up-to-dare employment knowledge.
– Proven ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business, and demonstrable experience of driving change.
– A strong analytical/ problem solving mind-set, with the ability and willingness to get into the detail to find solutions.
