Interim Facilities Manager

My client is an established trust working extensively throughout south London operating in over 100 locations, due to the expansion of the team, my client is now urgently seeking a diligent and hardworking professional to take control of the facilities department as a Facilities Manager. You will focus mainly on the soft services within the trust from an operational level. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to move quickly straight into a new, challenging yet rewarding role.

Your duties as Facilities Manager will be but not limited to:

-Managing all the soft services and porters post on an operational level
-Monitoring food quality, cleanliness and being a key liaison between wards and the facilities team
-Managing the budgets for the facilities department
-Manage contracts, KPIs SLA for external service providers, including, providing schedules to contractors to ensure they meet their contractual liabilities

To be in the running for this Excellent role:

You will have NHS experience and contract management skills.

You will be hardworking, readily available at short notice and be able to liaise with the Facilities Team between wards on a professional level.

In return my client is offering a competitive salary on a contract/freelance basis of between £180 – £240per day with the long term view of becoming permanent.
