Salary: £26,000 per year

R13 are representing one of Norwich’s leading insurance service providers, supporting them with significant expansion of the Technical and Broker Support functions. This is an exciting employment opportunity to join a global corporate within an integral division having direct contribution towards the businesses success. The role involves the timely delivery of legally biding documentation and settlement of funds.

Your duties will include;

– Ensuring the correct premium and supporting information is attributed to client’s documents.
– Calculations to ascertain and check for accuracy / consistency of premium information.
– Processing of associated changes mid term regards cost implication and attribution of funds.
– Working closely with other teams in the assignment of funds.
– Updating documentation to actively reflect any changes – logging information onto database.
– Reviewing of policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulated guidelines.
– Researching and investigating to resolve issues and swiftly reach solutions.
– Providing and producing information and documentation in line with company regulations.
– Working with a sense of urgency to individual SLA’s and KPI’s relating to processing times.
– Proactively handling tasks in line with department procedures and client requirements.
– Managing own caseload, contributing to the company’s business objectives.
– Adhering to compliance regulations, participating in internal and external audits as required.
– Communicating with colleagues, clients and third parties effectively.

You will have;

– A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Excel and strong numeracy expertise to check and calculate premiums.
– Proven capability in problem solving using a logical and analytical approach.
– Have excellent numerate skills.
– The ability to work on your own initiative, managing and prioritising workloads efficiently.
– Skills in contributing to the team efforts, communicatively and regards workload targets.
– Excellent communication skills for internal and external liaisons, verbally and in writing.
– Capability to positively influence and challenge anomalies to assure absolute accuracy.
– The capacity to develop knowledge and understanding of the business and that of the clients.
– At least 5 GCSE’s, A* – C grade or equivalent through further studies / vocational qualifications.

Working within a strong team environment, you will become a contributor to a key division. Based in a large open planned office in Norwich city centre, this is a full time, permanent role, offering 37.5 hours per year. Working hours are initially 9am – 5.30pm with the chance for flexibility after the probation period. Salary is £26,000DOE.

Benefits package includes 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service up to 27 days); a twice yearly pay review; flexi-time with the opportunity to build up to a max of an additional 6 days; contributory pension scheme; flexible benefits scheme.
