Insurance Claims Handler / Bodyshop Administrator

Insurance Claims Handler / Bodyshop Administrator required for the Reigate, Surrey area.

The Insurance Claims Handler will be responsible for co-ordinating the repair process of customer’s vehicles for nominated insurance company account/s. You will be responsible for overseeing each stage of the repair process from collection to completion and will liaise directly with internal staff to provide a superior customer experience.

Ideal experience for this role (but not essential) would be:

Insurance Claims
Telecommunications
Administration

Essential requirements are:

Confident over the telephone
Good organisation skills
Team spirit

This position is full time, 9-6pm with some Saturdays required.
