Insurance Broking Executive £30k + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits – Kent
My client is a large UK Insurance company, which offers a wide range of both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance products. They have a vacancy for an experienced Insurance Broking Executive.
The ideal candidate will have proven Commercial and General Insurance experience within sound technical knowledge.
The successful applicant will be responsible for mainly providing sound consultative advice to clients and broking a mix of Commercial and General Insurance needs. Excellent customer service and relationship skills are essential. 80% of the role is handling existing well established accounts and
20% will be new business generation.
Required Skills:
Proven Commercial and General Insurance Account Handling and Development experience
High levels of self-motivation to delivering outstanding customer service
An outgoing personality with the ability to thrive in a highly competitive business sector
Works towards exceeding performance targets and personal goals
Self motivated with energetic and enthusiastic approach
