Installation Team Leader

Salary: £36,600 per year

Role & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the general health and safety of the CIP installation team, and the safety of their work on site.
* Responsible for ensuring all work activities are undertaken according to the approved risk assessed method statements.
* Responsible for ensuring all CIP installation team members attend any necessary inductions and adhere to the site specific rules and regulations.
* Responsible for receiving deliveries of CIP materials on site.
* Responsible for the setting out of CIP panels on site.
* Responsible for the quality of install of CIP panels on site, including sign-off on completed works.
* Responsible for reporting back daily on key updates such as H&S, materials, quality, progress.
* Responsible for tracking time-worked/area-installed by members of the CIP installation team.
* Responsible for meeting any client’s representatives on site and discussing any issues/opportunities that may arise.
* Responsible for representing Trent Precast and the CIP brand whilst on site.
* Responsible for attending any required coordination/logistics meetings.
* Responsible, along with the CIP team, for the hiring of the CIP installation team.
* Responsible, once trained themselves, for the training of the CIP installation team.
* Responsible, along with the CIP team, for the ongoing development of the CIP installation system.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
* Setting out skills similar to those of a dryliner or blocklayer;
* Must be able to read drawings;
* Good experience on large construction sites;
* Must include supervisor/manager experience;
* Full driving license;
* Good written and spoken English;
* Not necessary but favourable – First Aid, IPAF, PASMA.
