The Position:
The successful candidate will be tasked with carrying out:
* Maintenance and installation of electronic security systems including IP-based CCTV, video monitoring, access control, intercoms and door entry systems
* Travelling to client premises in the high-end residential, luxury hospitality and commercial/office sectors
* Providing first class customer service at all times
* Identifying opportunities to introduce new products and services to customers, either directly or via sales team
* Ensuring that all aspects of Access Control/CCTV works are carried out in accordance with current British Standards
* Client training and demonstration of systems to explain working functionality
* Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* A minimum of three years’ experience in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems
* Service experience to include both planned/scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs
* Experience of working with IP-based video management software (ideally Milestone Systems and/or Axis Communications)
* The ability to prioritise multiple concurrent projects and achieve KPIs and objectives, occasionally under the pressure of tight deadlines
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* A full and clean UK driving licence
