Salary: £31,200 per year
Our client now offers one of the most comprehensive precision engineering and manufacturing solutions in the world, due to this they are now seeking a skilled Injection Mould Technician to join there expanding team. The successful Moulding Technician will report directly to the Shift Manager and be responsible for running the injection moulding machine and producing plastic parts to the correct standard.
The successful Injection Mould Technician will be required to carry out the following duties but not limited to:
• Carrying out mould tool set up’s
• Verifying set up’s
• Carrying out first off article inspection if products
• Process optimisation
• Mould process troubleshooting
• Liaising with the Quality Team
To be successful in your application as an Injection Mould Technician you will be required to have previous strong injection moulding experience possibly within one of the following roles, Injection Mould Setter, Plastic Moulding Technician, Setter / Technician, Machine Setter or Process Engineer. Experience of using the following moulding machines and robots would be a distinct advantage (Arburg, Battenfeld, Krauss Maffei, Demag, ABB and Epson robots)
Salary: Circa £31,200depending on skills and ability on a fixed Double Day shift.
