Assistant Accountant

About the role

The shared accounts team for Maranello Ferrari & Maserati Egham and Rolls-Royce Sunningdale has a fantastic opportunity available for an Assistant Accountant to join their team. This role has become available due to the continued growth and expansion of our three franchises in both Sales and Aftersales.

As a Sytner Assistant Accountant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to overseeing the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. The role will include preparing many month end balance sheet reconciliations across all three franchises. You will work closely with and assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.

Sytner Assistant Accountants work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays – Friday; however, this sometimes can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including balance sheet reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is not essential but would be advantageous.

Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
