Information Security Manager | Cyber Security Manager | Information Security Manager| Cyber Security Manager |Nuclear | Information Security Manager | Cyber Security Manager

I am working closing with a Nuclear Power Company who are looking to bring in an experienced Information and Cyber Security Manager.

The Information and Cyber Security Manager will be to provide leadership and oversight for all Information Security Management requirements. As the Information and Cyber Security Manager, you will develop and maintain all information Security Policies, Standards and Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation in line with nuclear legislative compliance requirements and company best practice whilst ensuring all information risks are identified and appropriately managed in line with agreed tolerance levels and to manage Risk Management Accreditation Document Sets (RMADS) for the infrastructure. This is an all-encompassing role across two integral disciplines so it is important that the successful person can manage their own time and delegate as required.

Information and Cyber Security Manager required skills:
•Delivery of Information Security within large scale delivery programs and projects at a senior management level
•Knowledge and experience of security compliance issues and risks, conduct of risk assessments and security audits in order to achieve and maintain compliance
•Knowledge of the ISO27000 standards and experience in delivering ISO27001 certification
•In-depth knowledge and experience of Nuclear Security regulations and standards including the HMG Security Policy Framework
•Knowledge and experience of working with the HMG Protective Marketing scheme
•Experience of developing targeted strategies and plans based on identified risks, issues and planned activities
•Experience in leading and managing a team.
•Experience of working in a role where judgement is required to balance the requirements of competing safety and programme priorities.
•Relevant graduate degree in Risk Management, or Information Technology (or relevant experience)
•Experience of interfacing with statutory regulators (ONR and EA).
•Preparation and/or assessment of nuclear safety cases and knowledge of the ONR Safety Assessment Principles (SAPs).
•Advance knowledge of nuclear management arrangements and UK industry practice in the management of nuclear sites and facilities.
•Stakeholder management and relationship skills
