Inbound Sales Executive

Salary: £26,400 per year

If so then this is a great opportunity for you on a successful and dynamic team whose aim is to seek out and seize new opportunities and drive business growth.

You will be working for a top law firm based in modern offices in Sale and you will handle all Inbound client enquiry calls determining if they can be helped and then progressing their enquiry to the right legal team.

You will also make outbound calls to referrals – again with the same purpose.

All calls are quality led – no racing against the clock to meet high call number target figures.

It’s all about building rapport and having meaningful conversations.

Your areas of responsibility will be:

• Working to assist the team to achieve KPIs
• Qualify Inbound client calls for our specialist legal team
• Make outbound calls to referrals and deliver an assist in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience
• Client liaison, having meaningful conversations with potential clients and key stakeholders within the business
• Develop a culture of teamwork, high performance with a strong focus on delivering client excellence
• Supportive administration that enhances the efficiency of the role
