In-House Recruitment Advisor – Leading Automotive Manufacturer

Babcock are looking to recruit an In-House Recruiter / Recruitment Advisor, to work onsite at a leading Automotive Manufacturer in Oxford.

The role is to effectively and efficiently support and carry out the Automotive brand’s recruitment activities across the UK, in line with business requirements and to provide a timely and well organised process driven service, ensuring positions are filled in time, with suitable candidates.

The successful candidate will be able to utilise recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.

The role will be expected to perform the following activities, covering permanent, student and post graduate recruitment activity.

Some of the responsibilities will involve:

Support Recruitment (inc processing applications, admin, recruitment systems, research, pre selection and Psychometric testing)
SLA (inc processing applications in line with SLA and keep processes in line with SLA)
Data Analysis (inc Market research)
Operate within Employment Law
Prioritisation of tasks
Coaching the departmental student
Escalate and deal with issues as needed
Support development
Aiding development of network central functions in Munich
Monitor preferred supplier list
Other tasks as requested by management

Skills and experiences required:

Understanding of MS Office and Recruitment – Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Good knowledge of Employment Law
Business related experience required

Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection techniques, processes and procedures
Proven experience of Recruitment Job Boards
Experience of coordinating Assessment Centres (when required)
Strong analytical skills
Strong IT Skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
Strong organisation skills
Highly developed communication skills
Proven time management skills
Ability to work in a high volume environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
