Implementation Consultant – Wellington, Somerset – £18-20k DOE

Reporting to the Head of Technical Operations, the Implementation Consultant is part of a team delivering document design, processing and distribution requirements for clients. Creating bespoke templates to capture, control and output clients documentation, using the unique in-house suite of software. Working closely with other teams to meet deadlines and constantly exceed client’s expectations.

Main tasks:
* To understand and implement client requirements from the order spec
* To organise each project into it’s component parts and complete each in a timely and accurate manner
* To report on project progress at any given time as requested
* To analyse and extract client data
* To write bespoke criteria-based set rules and document design templates
* To identify and escalate and issues/concerns

To be considered for this role you will need be able to work quickly and efficiently, multi-task (sometimes a fair few tasks at once) work methodically, work well under pressure whilst adhering to tight deadlines, retain new information with ease, relay technical information clearly and work happily as part of a team.
