IM Business Analyst – CTRM experience essential

£100,000.00 + 5% performance related bonus

We have an exciting new opportunity for a IM Business Analyst to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients’ organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design and re-engineer the data components of business processes, utilizing an understanding of business problems and data solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment, in support of strategic initiatives.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and functional BAs to elicit detailed trade data requirements (functional and non-functional)
• QA delivery to ensure solutions are aligned to expectations.
• Work with wider QA teams to help define appropriate testing strategies and scenarios.
• Work with Data Governance teams to support mapping of Trade data into Governance tools to integrate with Business Data Policy requirements.
• Write/groom/review agile artefacts (features, Stories, tasks) and then support prioritisation of the backlog.
• Actively participate in Sprint grooming, planning, retrospectives to drive a culture of delivery and continuous improvement.
• Build collaborative relationships within wider IM team to ensure dependencies are managed and supported appropriately.
• Set and continuously manage customer expectations to ensure clarity of communication.
• Conduct presentations of proposals or plan to business stakeholders.

Required Experience:

• Experience of Physical bulk Trade Data/CTRM to understand the core data sets downstream consumption use cases.
• Experience of Financial Trade Data/TRM to understand the core data sets downstream consumption use cases.
• Experience of Data Platforms to understand the architecture principals and challenges of working on such architecture.
• Experience of integration methods and processes that pass data from CTRM’s onto downstream systems.
• Experience of Data Modelling and how to work with trade data to support architecture and modelling analysis.
