HVAC Recruitment Consultant – Watford

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

FRONTrunner Recruitment consists of two sides – we have our HVAC, engineering and technical side and we also have our medical, dental and healthcare side. We are a boutique recruitment company that has the sole objective of being the best in our industry – not the biggest, not the fanciest….the best. We are based in Watford in Hertfordshire and have openings for successful people who want to work in recruitment.

We are looking to get our growth plan back on track and have an immediate position on our HVAC / M&E permanent desk

To be successful in this role you need:-

• At least 1 years working within an engineering field within permanent recruitment – we will then provide additional training to get you to even more success
• Experience working towards and hopefully surpassing recruitment and revenue targets
• A drive to progress and earn some really good commission
• You need to be fearless, resilient, and driven in both your work and personal life

Salary / Benefits

• 25-30k basic salary depending on experience and targets hit previously within permanent recruitment
• 5k basic pay rise once you hit your first consultants monthly target (this would be within your first 6 months)
• Monthly commission from 20-30% from day 1
• Realistic OTE
• Working in the office 9am till 3pm to give you a better work / life balance with your family or outside interests
• Unlimited holiday entitlement after your 6 month probation period
