HVAC Engineer

Salary: £66 per hour

Experienced HVAC Engineer required for long term contract role, working for a leading oil & gas engineering contractor in Surrey on an LNG FEED project.

Candidates must have recent and extensive onshore HVAC experience within the petrochemical industry. 

Requirements:

• Project experiencee for FEED or detailed design in the Middle East region.
• Specialist and detailed knowledge of air handling equipment and ductwork designs including the skills to prepare and review: philosophies and specifications; D&IDs; air flow diagrams; equipment sizing calculations; 2D layouts; 3D CAD models; HAZOP scenarios.
• A working knowledge of industry standards for HVAC equipment is also required

Job success will depend on interpersonal skills and the effective interaction with others. Selected personnel will be highly competent in written and spoken communication and therefore be able to make effective presentations, and write technical reports. 

Job Details:

Location: Surrey – preferably full time office based but WFH may be possible for 2 days per week.

Start date: ASAP

Rate: c. £66 p/h (Limited Company rate – role expected to fall outside of IR35 but is subject to a pre-contract determination assessment)

Duration: 6 months+
