Our client provides health and safety, employment law and environmental solutions to businesses throughout the UK and Europe. They are now looking for an H&S Consultant to join their team.

If you’re a NEBOSH qualified manufacturing, engineering or construction professional, this is an excellent opportunity to develop in a consultancy role and play a key role within an established company that’s committed to investing in their employees.

As an H&S Consultant, you will be responsible for providing valuable health, safety and environmental consultancy service to clients throughout the South East of England.

Carrying out H&S inspections and safety audits of client’s premises, you’ll generate safety and audit reports and documentation, including risk and COSHH assessments. You’ll act as the client’s health and safety representative and attend any meetings that relate to health and safety on their behalf.

Your other duties will include:

– Providing health and safety training
– Attending quarterly meetings
– Acting as the Health and Safety Manager for client companies, when required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

– A background in manufacturing, engineering or construction
– A NEBOSH construction certificate
– A full driving licence

As an H&S Consultant, you must have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with a proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
