Location: East of London
Start Date: ASAP. Client will respect a 3m notice period
Salary: £Negotiable
Job Description
-Embed the existing HRIS system into the organisation.
-Review & refine processes
-Manage updates in collaboration with the Product Management team
-Take ownership of the HRIS & its uses as a business tool
-Communicate effectively with the global HR community & customers/stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
-Manage & own the HRIS internally, working as part of the global HR team
-Work collaboratively to find solutions for resistance to using the system & implement approved changes/ modifications
-Understand the system as a business tool & introduce those to the business to ensure utilisation of the HRIS & value add to line managers
-Support governance & compliance
-Creating & delivering relevant communications.
-Revise HRIS processes: Engage with stakeholders to review, refine & propose new processes which are aligned with the business needs, resulting in business process efficiencies & associated efficiency savings & standardised behaviour across organisation to meet audit requirements.
-Ensuring HR processes are defined in a way that meets local & regional statutory & regulatory requirements in 67 countries.
-Responsible for system access to confidential HR data & information management within the programme environment.
-Integration between Global HRIS, payroll systems, finance systems, Hyperion, Active Directory & other ERP suites.
-Communication & presentation at all levels within the business
-Change management & communication skills to ensure high levels of staff engagement & system uptake.

-Workday Experience
-Service Delivery
-Program Management experience in a global and cross- functional environments
-Creation of project structures, governance security, project plans, communication plans, risk and issue registers
-Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall
