Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year
Anderson Knight is recruiting an experienced HR Systems Analyst for our client based in Glasgow. This is a full-time 12 Month FTC with scope of being made permanent and the flexibility to work from home.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain the main HR System by monitoring, analysing and solving technical issues
* Provide systems training to new users
* Provide technical support to all HR teams and other system users
* Solve technical issues
* Assist with the implementation of new system modules
* Participate in various HRIS Projects
Essential Criteria
* 2 years’ experience in a HRIS role
* Experience using Oracle or other HR Cloud Management system
* Excellent problem-solving ability
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication skills
* Highly competent using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups)
Desirable Criteria
* Experience with Qualtrics
* SQL Skills
* Experience of creating reports using OBTI/ BI Publisher
