HR Systems Analyst

Our client is an International market leader within Financial Services and they are currently recruiting highly passionate, motivated and enthusiastic HR Systems Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR, your duties will include:
• Supporting and managing the continuous improvement of their business systems (SAP HR, SumTotal & BrassRing)

• Analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the client

• Help to up and manage projects that will develop the initial implementation of SAP HR, BrassRing and Sumtotal

Essential skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of HR & Business Systems that must include Brassring

• Be able to create MI reports on a weekly monthly and Ad-Hoc basis

• Experience of analysing, configuration and implementing HR & Business Systems
