As an HR Shared Service Administrator, you’re a stickler for accuracy and improvement. You don’t just see mistakes and roadblocks; you thrive on the unpredictability of change and opportunity. Not one to sit back or relish repetition, you thrive on problem-solving and possibility.

It’s a progressive function that supports both the business and its employees, however it is not an HR employee relations role. We need your positive outlook and insightful eye for accurate administration to inspire and evolve the entire Encirc employee lifecycle.

As our next HR Shared Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all employee information is dealt with confidentially and accurately, whilst gaining vast experience across HR support.

The Key Requirements

  • Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, commercial and challenging environment preferably within an FMCG
  • Fully proficient at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience of HRIS such as SAP, learning management systems, and e-learning preferred
  • HR experience (Shared Service environment advantageous)
