Salary: £31,200 – £36,000 per year

HR/Payroll and PA Assistant

Doncaster

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

£26-30K per annum, depending on experience

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 4pm Finish

Working for a great company based in Doncaster – you will ideally need to be local, have experience of SAP. Be reliable, trustworthy and able to deal with confidential information due to the nature of the role. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and competent individual with demonstrable administration experience working with highly confidential and sensitive data, excellent levels of service and knowledge of HR systems and procedures. The role will be a good mix of HR and Payroll duties with some Personal Assistant supporting duties too.

HR & Payroll Support duties:

* Maintain all personnel records

* Assist in the recruitment process

* New starter inductions

* Administer and advise on the probation process, paperwork and ensure compliance

* Monitoring sickness and holiday

* Action staff training, courses, funding

* Conduct exit interviews in the absence of managers

* Revise company policies with outside assistance as required

* Monthly HR reports

* Company vehicle and travel insurance queries

* Liaise with HSEQ Manager on matters that overlap H&S and HR such as occupational health

* Health and Wellbeing Leader

* Collate monthly credit card and any cash claims from staff and input onto SAP

* Process monthly payroll including pension contributions

* Input financial payroll journals onto SAP

* Reconcile salaries payable and advances on salaries and wages

* Update and maintain records of benefits to staff and complete HMRC end of year return P11D

* Respond to HR related issues/queries

PA duties:

* Maintain office systems, data management and filing

* Arrange travel, visas and accommodation

* Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate

* Meet and greet visitors

* Organise and maintain diaries and make appointments

* Deal with incoming email and post on behalf of the manager

* Take dictation and minutes

* Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

* Organise and attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings

* General Administration for Director Team
