HR Information Systems Project Officer (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

HR Information Systems Project Officer (iTrent) for an initial six month fixed-term contract with a real prospect of going Permanent) based in the London Bridge area of central London paying £44,400 per year pro-rata.

Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience of developing HR/Payroll processes (using ITrent)
• Experience of developing the operational efficiency of an HR/Payroll database (iTrent)
• Excellent IT skills – iTrent, Outlook, Word, Access, MS SharePoint and Advanced Excel
• Experience of working with reporting tools (such as Business Objects) and providing accurate meaningful data

Role and Responsibilities:
• To set up and implement HR systems developments that supports the service delivery of the HR and Organisational Development team
• Assist the HR Systems and Information Manager with maintaining the project records, with particular reference to the project plan, risk analysis graph, daily work sheets and weekly management update logs
• Liaise with systems providers to ensure the full use of automated processes are best used
• Data cleanse information where needed for project delivery
• Design testing data and documentation with the end user to ensure deliverables will meet the scope requirements and conduct acceptance testing, supporting the end users were required

Salary: £44,400per year pro-rata (plus excellent company benefits)
