HR Director

Salary: £26,000 – £26,910 per year

Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment has been exclusively tasked with an exciting new piece of recruitment, within the Bournemouth area. Our client is a progressive scale up business, looking to add a new role of HR Director to it’s senior leadership team. You will be managing a small, experienced, operational HR function in delivering key strategic and initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:-

• Work with the SLT in developing a progressive strategy that will compliment business growth.
• Continue to develop an exceptional team of future leaders, offering progressive opportunities.
• Developing and implementing human resources policies, ensuring the business is following best practice and compliant in line with employment law.
• Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
• Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
• Be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, on-boarding, succession and retention.
• Line management of a team consisting of an L&D Manager, Recruitment Manager and HR Manager.
