HR Administrator/ Yeovil / £14.55 per hour Were seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our client, a leading Aerospace and Defence Organisation in their HR Services department in Yeovil. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in various HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively within a team to maintain high levels of accuracy and adhere to defined processes and policies.Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Act by managing data appropriately.Process payroll data, handle starters and leavers, manage time and attendance activities, and generate reports.Assist with various employment-related tasks such as preparing letters, contracts, and references.Manage HR records in SAP and our document management system.Support with SAP records maintenance and resolve time and attendance queries. Ideal person Previous experience in administration, preferably in a high-volume environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (knowledge of formulas and VLOOKUPs is desirable).SAP experience is advantageous.Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.Team player with a proactive attitude.Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines THis is a temporary role until Cevember, with the potential to extend The role is hybrid, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week (flexible) Kelly Services are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this role.
