We seek a friendly and hardworking HR Administrator to join our baking client based in the city of London.

Salary: £30-35K

Working requirements: 3 days in the office, 2 days working at home. However, flexibility is required to be in the office for 4 or 5 days when needed.

Experience: 1-2 years of HR Admin experience required.

This role will deliver efficient HR administration duties, to the business and the small team of HR seniors, ensuring that all information is kept up to date. You will be responsible for working with the business partners and learning and development, covering the entire employee lifecycle.

Duties include:

  • Monitoring the HR inbox
  • Setting up training on the internal system
  • Involvement in the new starter onboarding process
  • Assist the HR generalist with paperwork/contract changes
  • Maintain HR filing systems
  • Coordinator Webinars for L&D
  • Set up training rooms & IT
  • Manage L&D inbox
  • Assist with marketing and communication for learning programmes

Skills and experience required:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience as an HR administrator within a professional working environment.
  • Experience working for a bank/financial services company is preferred.
  • HR policy understanding
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Outlook & Excel.
