Housing Systems Specialist role outline:

The successful candidate will join our new Business Systems team at an exciting time, as the business look to shape and develop the Business Systems function. Adopting a proactive approach in maintaining our systems and leading in optimisation to drive greater efficiencies.

You’ll build strong credible relationships with software vendors and business areas, providing expert guidance and support on all things business systems.

You will be leading the implementation and maintenance of the organisations business application systems to deliver a well managed and high availability architecture, supporting our Data & Technology strategy.

You will be providing a third line level of application support, making sure dataflows and applications deliver on business requirements.

What we’re looking for:

* You will have expert knowledge and experience in Management Information Systems or in a related computer science/technology discipline. You will have experience with a suite of housing systems (Orchard/Keystone preferred) along with SQL\Progress databases.

* You will demonstrate a high customer/ stakeholder focus, working collaboratively to ensure buy in to solutions and can manage expectations at all levels in the business.

* The right candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities and the ability to plan/ organise, and balance simultaneous priorities for the team.
