Housing Systems Implementation Consultant

Salary: £45,600 – £48,000 per year

They’re looking to take your housing systems experience and team it with their ground-breaking software. This is a majority remote working role with some UK travel and potential overnight stays. This role also includes a car allowance on top of the salary.

The Housing Systems Implementation Consultant primary responsibilities will be providing software consultancy for existing clients as well as ensuring a smooth implementation process. This will include system configuration, system testing, running workshops and user training.

Essential experience:

• Demonstrable social housing software experience in an application support, systems analyst or super user capacity
• Housing Management systems such as Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing, Civica Cx, NEC/Northgate Housing, MRI Orchard Housing, MIS ActiveH etc
• User training
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Rent analytics experience would be highly advantageous but not essential
• Experience with social housing repairs, mobile working or scheduling systems e.g. TotalMobile/Cloud Dialogs, Capita One Mobile, Aareon 1st Touch, MRI AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, Rocc Uniclass, Civica Servitor & Advanced/ Kirona DRS etc
• SQL
