Contract Type: Full-time/Permanent
Salary: £22,000 up to £23,750 pa (dependent on experience) + on-call allowances + benefits
Hours: 39 hours per week

Housing management activities form part of this role, along with supporting clients daily, to empower them to resolve their problems to reach positive outcomes.

If you have relevant experience working with vulnerable people or have transferable skills, we would like to hear from you. If you’d like to work for us but have no previous experience? That’s fine, as training will be provided.

It is essential that you have a fully valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

About you

You will be reflecting Transform’s values in everything you do, as part of our team you will act as a keyworker to named clients, and support clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible, whilst ensuring they are safe and able to manage risks appropriately.

• Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
• The ability to manage your own time, deliver outcomes, meet deadlines
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet)
