Job Description
A well established Housing Association are looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis with potential for extension. You will be responsible for assessments, case management and working with external partners.
Housing Officer
£25ph paid weekly via umbrella
Monday to Friday – NN5 area
Temporary – 3 months
The responsibilities of this Housing Officer role are:
- To support in relation to tenancy sustainment, low level ASB and other generic housing matters.
- To oversee, monitor, record and report on cases of tenancy failure and safeguarding.
- Adapt to complex that all necessary paperwork and records are effectively maintained and are accessible.
- To ensure customers have a range of methods to obtain quality and informative advice, information and signposting of housing.
The ideal Housing Officer has:
- Previous experience in a similar role within social housing.
- Knowledge of the local area and surroundings
- Excellent admin skills including microsoft packages.
