Salary: £18.31 per hour

Manpower Technical is recruiting an Experienced Housing Enforcement Analyst on behalf of our client located in Greenwich The role is Contract And based within the Public Sector.
This role is for 3months initially.
Person Spec
Experience and understanding of using and interrogating multiple datasets for analysis and performance monitoring.
Advanced user of MS Excel (data manipulation and statistical analysis).
Experience of using a Geographical Information System (preferably MapInfo) for analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to report on and present complex analytical content to a range of different audiences/clients.
Experience of working with partner services in a multi-agency environment, preferably within a community safety-related setting.
Ability to be creative when using data to develop a range of analytical products.
Experience of designing, developing and maintaining databases.
Knowledge of the legal framework in which different datasets must be managed.
Ability to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge, information and priorities.
Able to initiate and prioritise own work, meeting tight deadlines.
Demonstrable understanding of the issue of equal opportunities in relation to community safety and a strong commitment to the council’s policy on valuing diversity and equality of opportunity.
The successful candidate will have the experience in a similar role and your Cv should clearly show this
The successful candidate will work with other Council Departments and partner agencies to collect and co-ordinate data to support the Private Sector Housing Enforcement Project priorities, in accordance with agreed information sharing protocols and in compliance with data protection regulations. Set up effective systems for collection and dissemination of a wide range of housing enforcement related intelligence, information and data. Use research and analysis in order to support project planning, problem solving and performance management. Attend multi agency and operational meetings to present and discuss data, and analysis requirements, present evaluated findings, implications and recommendations. Build knowledge and expertise as a resource for the project team in key areas related to housing enforcement and licensing.* Experience of research and analysis of complex information and data sets. * Experience of using a range of computer based systems to an advanced level. * Experience of using a GIS (e.g. MapInfo) for analysis. * Experience of working with partner agencies and services within an enforcement orientated setting. * Ability to be creative when using data to develop analytical products. * Experience of designing, developing and maintaining databases. * Excellent standard of oral and written communication skills. * Knowledge of legal framework within which datasets must be managed. * Ability to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge, information and priorities. * Able to initiate and prioritise own work, meeting tight deadlines. * Understanding of the issues of equal opportunities in relation to housing enforcement and a strong commitment to the council’s policy on valuing diversity and equality of opportunity * Able to work outside of normal office hours as the need arises.

Salary: We are Paying £18.31per Hour
