Housing Assistant

Blue Arrow is looking to appoint a housing assistant with a social care background for a major client in Swansea.

DRIVING LICENCE & OWN CAR – ESSENTIAL
SOCIAL CARE BACKGROUND – ESSENTIAL
FLEXIBILITY ON WORKING PATTERN – ESSENTIAL

Working closely with tenants, you will be responsible for assessing their individual needs and ensuring their service needs are met.

Needs are varied, and includes; employment, personal relationships, friendships, support with housing, income & outgoings, welfare and health.

This is an exciting position which offers a great deal of reward to the right candidate.

Shift work, 7 days a week. Shifts are 7am until 3pm, 11am until 7pm and 7pm until 7am Monday to Sunday. Shift allowance payable. We will also consider someone willing to work nights only.
