Housekeeper – Live

Salary: £38,400 per year

Housekeeper in Central London/Live in– £32,000 P.A., Self-employed

We have a fantastic vacancy for a live-in Housekeeper in the heart of London.

Housekeeper Duties:

• Ensuring the house is kept organised, clean and tidy
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management. Also, product/fabric/surface knowledge
• Able to cook
• The housekeeper will need to be able to answer the phone in a professional manner and take messages
• Running errands and organising the house in a perfect manner
• Deal with the tradespeople that may come to the house and oversee their work
• Be able to care for antiques and other artefacts
• Help in keeping the private office tidy and generally keen to help with small administrative tasks 

Housekeeper qualities and qualifications:

• The ability to spot what needs doing without supervision
• Attention to detail
• Product/fabric/surface knowledge
• Be flexible, unflappable, discreet with an excellent timekeeping
• Be professional and friendly
• High school diploma or GCSE
• Minimum 10 years of housekeeping experience in a private household
• Please note that this is a live-in housekeeper position only.
•  The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. but you will need to be flexible
• Occasional work will be required during weekends
• 1-week trial to see how seamlessly and well the candidate will fit in the household, followed by a permanent contract with 3 months of probation

• Recent DBS 
• Copy of your passport
• Copy of your Residence Permit (if applicable)
• Copy of right to work in the UK (if applicable)
