WE ARE HIRING for Housekeepers & Room Attendants, All successful applicants MUST be able to start on 8th January 2024, for their first week of training at our ILH DNA Academy.

Some previous cleaning experience is required.

What you will be doing

  • Cleaning and refreshing a minimum of 18 rooms to our company standards to ensure guest satisfaction on every stay with us.
  • Perform all housekeeping duties such as stripping bed linen & making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, restocking cleaning chemicals, cleaning mirrors, dusting, wiping surfaces and replenishing courtesy items in all rooms.
  • Work on daily cleaning job lists from the room status, arrivals and departures lists- often includes flipping beds, cleaning drapes as and when required.
  • Fulfil all reasonable guest requests such as delivering pillows, iron and linen requests in the room and service late checkout rooms.

What we would like from you

  • Be able to attend a week of Intensive Housekeeping Foundation Training from 8th – 12th January 2024.
  • Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial.
  • Proof of having been gainfully employed.
  • You must be able to speak English. If you speak other languages, this would be advantageous.
  • Confident and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • You will have the ability to effectively problem solve and find a resolution to our guests’ satisfaction.
  • Rights to work in the UK with your ID/Passport and share code.
