Hospitality Assessor Front and Back of House – Multi-Skilled Hospitality (Food & Beverage / Front of House / Professional Cookery) – East of England

Salary: £26,400 – £28,200 + Excellent Company Benefits including Travel Expenses, Pension and Company Vehicle

Our client is a successful National Training Organisation, who delivers work based training programmes to individuals across the UK. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Hospitality / Catering Assessor based in the East of England – Norwich / Thetford / Bury St Edmunds area.

The successful Assessor will be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners undertaking Apprenticeships within Hospitality, and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of NVQ’s in line with company procedures.

We are only able to consider Multi-Skilled Assessors to assess across Front and Back of House disciplines.

Essential Criteria:

· Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA

·Experience of delivering the full framework Apprenticeships with Key Skills or Functional Skills

· Must be a qualified/experienced Work Based Assessor

· Must hold a minimum of 3 years occupational competence within Hospitality at a Supervisory level

· The ability to hit the ground running with a full caseload

· Excellent achievement rates

· Organisational skills are a must
