Holiday Park Warden

Full time Park Warden
Salary: £26,000per yearwith accommodation
Hours: 40+ per week inc. weekends and bank holidays
Looking after the Park and ensuring high standards are kept at all times. Undertake general maintenance duties, looking after the grounds and out of hour’s Warden services, including security and general customer care. The role will require experience in general maintenance duties, such as basic plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical work.

Specific Duties include:
• Maintain a presence at all times in order to create a safe and secure
environment.
• To be aware of Park plot/pitch locations and the Park layout.
• Assisting with the general smooth running of the Park; including assisting
with the siting of touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, resetting electrical switches etc.
• Be aware of late arrivals procedures for holiday and touring guests.
• To deal with customer comments / complaints.
• Ensure that the General Manager is aware of any serious / potentially
serious issues.
• To monitor noise levels at night and help ensure disturbance do not arise.
• To maintain a clean and tidy working environment, including regular litter
picking.
• To assist with any out of hours maintenance, reception or housekeeping
issues.
• Working hours to be varied in line with the needs of the business.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance on the Park and in
accommodation units.
• Clearing blockages to the Park’s drains / sewerage network.
