Salary: £30,000 per year
High Court Enforcement Officers required for the UKs largest judicial services Company.
No Experience Required as Full Training will be provided.
Successful candidates can earn between £25000 and £30000 in uncapped commission based earnings in the first year. (Self-employed)
You will also receive full training and gain a City and Guilds accredited qualification, and the opportunity to represent the Company on a self-employed basis working as a High Court Enforcement Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Visiting defaulters at residential properties to execute warrants, liability orders or high court writs.
Making enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders.
To return warrants where enforcement is not possible in a timely manner.
Accounting for monies received for outstanding debts or fines, and controlling the use of the manual receipt book and other documents, in accordance with policies and procedures set out by the Company.
Working on a self-employed / freelance basis, planning your own daily schedule from work allocated by the Company.
Liaise with the Companys Group Regional / Area Managers as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Self-confidence, with strong communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
Ability to influence others through persuasion and negotiation.
Target driven and willing to work unsociable hours.
Administration skills with good numeracy and literacy.
A Full clean driving license is essential.
Be prepared to work on a self-employed basis and paid on results.
The ideal candidates will come from a military, Prison or Police background, however experienced sales people will be seriously considered.
