Location: Field Based role. Position available North West/Midlands and South/South West.
Salary: £32K – £36K per annum, DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full time

We are amongst the fastest growing independent vehicle inspection companies and we are welcoming more and more B2B clients! With this in mind we need motivated and experienced HGV Vehicle Inspectors to conduct HGV specific vehicle inspections at various dealerships and compounds.

HGV Vehicle Inspection Engineer – About the role:

You will conduct vehicle inspections to an exceptionally high standard ensuring quality, accuracy, efficiency and in a professional and courteous manner.

You will respond to instructions from our Stokenchurch based deployment centre that will arrange appointments on your behalf, broadly within a defined geographic region.

Our inspections cover: pre purchase and End of Contract inspections, warranty evaluations and audits.

This role will also require you to complete and deliver Audit reports in accordance with the company’s templates and reporting guidelines. All reports must be legible, timely and accurate you must have great attention to detail.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • Full clean HGV Class C driving licence.
  • Fully trained in Vehicle Inspection both cosmetic and mechanical.
  • Previous experience in formal HGV vehicle maintenance, servicing or MOT.
  • Any Mechanical Qualifications / Apprenticeships would be beneficial.
  • Any previous Bodyshop Experience would be an advantage.
