HGV / PSV Technician
Croydon
£15 – 16ph
Our client is a well-established maintenance and repair dealership in the HGV industry. This market leader is seeking HGV / PSV Technicians to join their team in Park Royal on a permanent basis.
The role of HGV / PSV Mechanic will be working Monday – Friday, on a mixture of early and late shifts.
The successful HGV / PSV Technician will possess the following;
* Servicing HGVs
* Repair and Maintenance of HGVs
* MOT preparation and Inspection.
* HGV licence.
* Fault finding and diagnostic experience.
In order to be successful for the role of HGV / PSV Technician, the successful candidate will have relevant experience working in a dealership environment in the HGV industry. The successful HGV / PSV Technician will have mechanical experience working on HGV or similar vehicles.
A qualification in Heavy Vehicle Engineering (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3), or comparable trade papers from the Armed Forces, or recognised indentured apprenticeship is essential for the position of HGV / PSV Technician. The HGV Technician should also ideally possess a HGV Licence.
