HGV Mechanic
Location: Bathgate
Money: £27,000 to £32,000
My client, a well established commercial vehicle fleet maintainer is actively seeking to add a fully skilled, experienced and qualified HGV Mechanic to their team at their depot in the Bathgate area.
Working in a team of HGV Mechanics on a variety of Trucks, Trailers and assorted auxiliary equipment the successful applicant will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair.
HGV Mechanic duties will include:
– General servicing
– vehicle inspections
– MOT preparation / presentation
– Fault finding
– Diagnostics
The successful HGV Mechanic must have industry recognised qualifications, either city & guilds or NVQ Level Three and hold a minimum of a full car driving license driving licence, however a commercial vehicle license would be preferred.
The hours of work for this HGV Mechanic role are 06:00 – 14:00 week 1 and 14:00 – 22:00 week 2 Monday – Friday + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 07:00 – 12:00.
The basic salary for this role will be £32,400 – £38,400+ overtime & call out will be available if you wish to increase your earnings
