Salary: £25.97 per hour
Day Shifts (nights available)
My client is one of the biggest bus and truck manufacturers in the world and is a market leader for their fully electric buses. Due to continued growth they need a permanent, full time fitter for their day shifts based in Manchester (M17).
About the role (Day shifts)
·Basic salary working the day shift of £25.97.50 (or £14.42 per hour – this is currently under review)
·A minimum of 5 hours overtime per week paid at time and a half (£25.97 per hour) which is optional
·2 shift patterns; weeks 1 and 3 0600-1400 and weeks 2 and 4 1400-2200
·On call bonus (+£910 per year) and option of use of company vehicle 1 in 4 weekends
·1.5% annual bonus (+£421.99)
·Overall a genuine OTE of £35,000 – £45,000 and further training available on latest technologies.
About you
City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent (certificates and licenses must be taken to interview)
Driving licence (class 1 or class 2) PCV license is essential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HGV fitter/mechanic
