HGV Class 1 Night Driver

Salary: £14.7 – £20.4 per hour

HGV 1 Night Driver

(Saturday – Friday) or (Sunday – Thursday)

£12.25 – £17.00

Our client is looking for Class 1 HGV Drivers to join their team on a night shifts in Avonmouth. You’ll be working a rota covering any 5 from 7 days including some weekends and bank holidays – this will usually be a Saturday to Wednesday and Sunday to Thursday shift rotation. Your start time will be between 18:00 and 23.00.

The Role:

* Undertake trunking duties as required.

* Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles.

* Ensure the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times.

* Maintain regular contact with your base location, feeding back any issues that arise.

* You will be assisted with a drivers mate while on your run.

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence (with C&E entitlement)

* No more than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)

* Ideally, you will be used to retail store deliveries
