HGV (C+E) ADR Tanker Driver

Silver Arrow are currently recruiting 2 x HGV (C+E) ADR qualified drivers for our client in Liverpool.

Working on a minimum 6 month contract, this role is working Monday to Friday (with occasional nights out) delivering fuel oil to various clients throughout the UK. Maximum of 1 to 2 drops per day.

Applicants do not need PDP as there will be no terminal loading involved, however Silver Arrow will put successful applicants through the practical part of the PDP free of charge to enable you to gain further employment should this contract end after 6 months.

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 48 hours per week, however most runs are 10 to 12 hour days.

Rate of pay is £15.6per hour for all hours. There is no weekend work. Nights out are paid at £25.

This is an excellent role for anyone looking to make the move from GP/Chemical work into fuel and the client has taken several contract drivers on full time in the past.

Due to the nature of our operations our drivers must hold a current Digi Tacho card, must be able to supply references for the last two years driving work and have no more than six points on your license.
