HGV 2 Hiab Driver

Salary: £18 – £21.6 per hour

Blue Recruitment Personnel are currently looking for HGV – HIAB Drivers to work with one of our prestigious clients in Essex.

Essential Requirements:

* Full UK HGV Driving Licence – Category C + E

* HIAB Licence

* FLT Reach and counterbalance licence – not essential

* Have had at least 12 months driving experience of 26 Tonne vehicle

* Forklift experience – loading / unloading

* Digital Tachograph

* Driver CPC Card

Responsibilities:

* Delivering building supplies across Essex area and the neighbouring counties

* Safe driving and complying with driving legislation

* Ensure sufficient security of load to the vehicle before and during transit

* Forklift driving for loading/unloading, receiving deliveries and loading lorry for outgoing deliveries – occasionally when required

Skills and Experience:

* Good Written and Spoken English

* Excellent customer service skills

* To be flexible with start times

* Previous experience with building supplies deliveries

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 17:00

* Day shift

Additional info:

* 20 days holiday, £1000 bonus for no sick days

* Other bonuses paid on performance.
