HGV 1 & 2 Night Drivers

We are looking for 3-5 drivers for night work to drive one of our client’s fleet of mix on site volumetric concrete mixers.

These are special vehicles so currently run outside of tacho regulations but for insurance purposes drivers with an LGV class 2 (C+E) license minimum.

The driver would need to meet one of our client’s trained operatives at their site and follow him in one of their 8 wheelers to sites anywhere from Reading to Bristol. Once on site the vehicles are often parked for some hours before the concrete is required.

Once the concrete is required the driver would need to manoeuvre the vehicle under guidance of a banks man into position (non rail side) and then help the operator batch the vehicle, then return the vehicle to the yard and finish.

This position is scheduled for 4 weeks, but there is a possibility it could last up to 6 months. This is also a temp to perm role.
