Helpdesk Operator

Working for an international company that has been trading for over 100 years. You will be working for their Facilities management / Mechanical and electrical maintenance division. You will be based at their offices in Trafford Park. The company itself looks after commercial buildings on behalf of large company’s. They maintain the heating, air conditioning and electrical systems on their sites. They employ engineers throughout the region who work on a mobile basis to assist with any repairs or maintenance. You will be working on the helpdesk taking the initial call from clients who have a problem on site. You will then log the call onto a database. Once logged you will locate one of the engineers that is local. You will then send the engineer to site. Once the problem is fixed, you will update the system. You will be paid a good salary and will have a chance to develop your career. You will need good phone manner and ideally helpdesk experience.
