A great opportunity for a Healthcare Policy Administrator has come up within Astrenska a core capability of Collinson Group. The Healthcare Policy Administrator will be responsible to process new business application forms, renewal instructions and mid-term adjustments, by entering information into a specialised software application (Actisure), in order to record membership/policy details and to produce policy documentation (certificate, membership card and invoice/credit notes).

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry into IT software application for policy documentation issue.
Liaising (verbal and written) with clients/intermediaries for policy administration queries.
Production of membership card and collation of membership pack for despatch to client and/or intermediary.
To construct letters, using templates and also own compilation.
To ensure despatch of documentation within agreed service levels.
Calculation of mid-term premium adjustments.
To maintain orderly electronic and manual files and ensure regular archiving of expired / lapsed policyholders.
To liaise with internal departments as required.
Flexibility to assist other members in the team with issues that may arise.
To carry out tasks, within your capability, requested by the Operational Supervisor.
Key Skills:

Excellent PC skills, particularly Microsoft, Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organisational skills, with ability to work to strict deadlines and in a tidy fashion.
Understanding of Data Protection Act and requirement to maintain confidentiality of client personal data.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail essential, particularly client names and dates of birth.
Language capabilities would be an advantage, but not essential.
Willingness to understand the products that are being administrated and their structure.Astrenska
