Healthcare Assistant

Pulse Community Healthcare is looking to recruit specialist healthcare assistants to join our team to work with our client Quedgeley, Gloucestershire who has complex care needs.
• Various shift patterns over 7 days a week are available
You will build a strong working relationship with the client, the team of support workers, family and all professionals involved in providing the best person centred care possible.
This is an extremely rewarding care opportunity to make a positive difference to our client’s life.
You will be involved in all aspects of personal care, assisting with medication and support with health related issues. You will also have social interaction and promote the client’s independence, health and well-being.

Successful applicants must have:-

• 6 months previous paid experience in care
• Excellent communication skills
• Be willing to undertake our 3 day mandatory training session
